Debbie’s journey began in administrative roles across multiple industries, where she developed a talent for managing chaos with grace. She became known for her ability to bring structure and calm to any space—skills that transitioned naturally into lifestyle management. Holly, on the other hand, comes from a background in party planning, accounting, and home organization. After earning degrees from Arizona State and the University of Phoenix, she realized her heart was truly in the service industry—connecting with people, anticipating their needs, and offering thoughtful support.

Their paths aligned with a shared vision: to make life simpler and more enjoyable for others. Inspired by their own experiences managing homes and raising families, they saw the growing need in their community for reliable, heartfelt support—and decided to open the doors of Scottsdale Lifestyle Management Co.
