Mornings can be stressful. You have to ensure that you and your family are all ready for your days ahead! One way that you can make this easier for you is having grab-and-go lunches that are ALL prepped for your workday!

Here are five easy grab-and-go lunches for your workday!

Quiche! Make it with lots of veggies, like bell pepper, baby spinach, sweet potato, or whatever you fancy! Add some extra protein and you’re good to go!

Dahl – super easy with LOTS of protein. Add some rice to it and you’ll be good to go. 

Salads: Now, we don’t mean those typical boring salads, but instead make them satisfying and full of protein! Add chickpeas, meats, and some crunch and you’ll have a filling lunch!

Soup: Prep this ahead of time and grab a fresh bread roll from your local bakery when you’re ready to eat. So good. 

Chilli: Again, this is a great leftover option! Chilli ALWAYS tastes better the next day, so pack it up and enjoy!
